Dallas County South Government Center

Dallas County South Government Center is a newly constructed building that consist of 73,000 square feet with cast on site concrete tilt wall exterior mixed with curtain wall and masonry. The interior construction consisted of new state of the art MEP Systems with high end finishes for the areas such as Dallas County Courts, Administration, Sherriff’s Office, Constable Office, and the new District Office of the County Commissioner. There is also a parking lot and radio tower.
